We’re pulling back the curtain as our guests spill all the details about their journeys, challenges, and secrets to success. And we’re not just talking—we’re coming to their place of business to showcase their products, skills, and services firsthand.
Our goal is to give viewers an exclusive, behind-the-scenes look at different industries while sharing the tips, tricks, and strategies for building a profitable, sustainable business.

Maceo Tendaji is a filmmaker based in Baltimore, MD. His work ranges from narrative films, music videos, documentaries, and corporate/networking events. He is the founder of Ikonic Visions Multimedia Group launched in 2020. Tendaji has worked with high-profile clients such as Atlantic Records, BET, Walmart, McDonald’s, Dove, CareFirst, T.Rowe Price, Under Armour and many more. Tendaji received his BA in Mass Communications at Virginia State University. Years later he enrolled at the Maryland Institute College of Art (MICA) where he received his MFA in Film.
His love of music, sports, and African-American culture is very prevalent in his work. His work has screened at several film festivals across the nation and internationally, winning awards for “Best Short Film,” “Best Director,” “Best Music Video,” and many more. He also teaches film/media production at Goucher College and MICA. Tendaji aspires to tell creative and thought-provoking stories while also educating/mentoring the next generation of storytellers.
Robert Turner is a dynamic serial entrepreneur known for his creativity, leadership, and relentless pursuit of excellence. Without formal education, Robert started from the bottom and failed forward—rising through perseverance, grit, and vision to become a successful CEO and business leader. He has successfully built and scaled multiple ventures—Vanjure, an innovative technology company; Great Dwellings, a thriving short-term property management company; and an entertainment firm—all of which have collectively generated millions of dollars in revenue.
With a sharp ability to take ideas from concept to reality, drive sustainable growth, and maximize profitability, Robert has become a visionary business builder. Beyond his entrepreneurial success, he is deeply passionate about mentoring others, empowering aspiring leaders to reach their full potential to achieve their goals—and gives back to the community by creating opportunities for others like him—opportunities he didn’t have.
Each episode will have an intro and outro with the host. The interview segment will begin once the guest lets us intro their office, studio, or workspace. The first portion of the interview will be introductory questions then we will transition to a “working interview” as we get to know more about the guest by watching their process. The end of the interview will leave audiences with a “word of wisdom” with hopes to inspire individuals who are aspiring entrepreneurs.
